Central do Cerrado is a cooperative that brings together several community organizations that develop productive activities based on the sustainable use of the biodiversity of the Cerrado and Caatinga. Through the sale of its products, the cooperative promotes social inclusion and the maintenance of ecosystem services, including the water cycle, climate regulation, and the conservation of the unique biodiversity of the Cerrado biome.
